CCO FAQ
About BMW Carbon Fiber Body Kits FAQ
- Q1: Is the peoduct Dry Carbon Fiber or vacuum-bagged wet carbon?
- A1: We strictly use the dry carbon process. Although the cost is much higher, you get what you pay for. Dry carbon is lighter, stronger, and more resistant to deformation.
- Q2: Does installation require drilling, or is it a non-destructive OEM fitment?"
- A2: Our kits are developed using 1:1 OEM-spec molds for non-destructive fitment. Be cautious of cheap products that steal our images; even if the photos look identical, the actual recipe and fitment are completely different.
- Q3: Will it yellow or crack after sun exposure?
- A3: No. We use an expensive anti-UV clear coat recipe. This high-cost process ensures the kit maintains its mirror-like gloss even in extreme weather.
- Q4: Does the weave match OEM M Performance?
- A4: Yes. We use standard 3K twill weaving, ensuring the pattern direction matches OEM parts for a seamless visual experience.
- Q5: Is there a real aerodynamic improvement?
- A5: Yes. The front lip and diffuser are optimized through wind tunnel simulations to effectively increase downforce and improve handling stability at high speeds.
- Q6: Is the finish 3K Twill or Forged Carbon?
- A6: We offer the classic 3K twill by default. If you prefer a more avant-garde look, we also provide a forged carbon fiber version at a higher cost.
- Q7: Are the edges refined? Are there gaps?
- A7: Our edges are finely polished. Do not be misled by low-quality products that use identical photos but offer low prices; true quality is reflected in the seamless fitment.
- Q8: Any special maintenance during car washes?
- A8: No special care is required. Simply wash it as you would your car's original paint, and avoid using highly acidic or alkaline cleaning agents.
